Wallables: 3D Wall Decor

As most of you know, we've recently moved and in doing that have "started fresh" with each room, being able to position furniture and decorate them as we please.

One of the funnest things we've added to the decor in our girls' room is Wallables! We received a 3D Cinderella with a small velcro attachment in the back, and because it's made to go on the wall, it's a great alternative to posters or other wall decorations.

Emma practically ripped it out of the box, she was so excited. In fact, when we got home from receiving it, as I was unloading the car from our errands, she had already run in her room and taken it upon herself to find the perfect spot. LOL! I didn't know whether to be upset because she did not ask permission first or proud because she was so independent. I was pleased to find out that attaching Wallables to the wall is not a permanent feat, as Emma's choice of location wasn't exactly appropriate (although she thought so!). It was easy for me to take it off and reposition it in a more fun space on the wall right by her pillow.

She was pretty pleased, too, when she found out that Cinderella was removable. You mean it's a toy, too?? Yes, that is one of the great things for kids about Wallables! The Cinderella Wallable has spent most of the last few days "off the wall" playing with the kids. And lucky for me, Cinderella is returned to her spot on the wall each night, by choice rather than force ;)
